THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS AN ACKNOWLEDGED CONSENT FORM SO PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!!!

We won't move forward without it. 

This will be a 2 part audition and rehearsal:

- 1st round of auditions | Model Selection

- 2nd round of auditions | 2nd round Model Selection

- Fittings/Measurements

You must anticipate to stay the entire duration of auditions. You don't know if you will be selected and we will be conducting 2 rounds of auditions and deliberating to select models to designers which will take time. 2nd round will be designer selection then we will end with conducting fittings and/or measurements. Once completed we will conduct rehearsals right after. 

Model Fee: A non-refundable $13 registration fee is required to participate in the casting process. As a nonprofit organization, this fundraiser directly supports Elite Edition Inc.’s mission of honoring fallen heroes and supporting military and first responder families through our initiatives.

We are looking for individuals who genuinely align with the purpose behind this production beyond simply walking a runway.

Where Fashion Meets Tribute delivers an elevated experience with high-quality production, professional content, and lasting exposure that models have continued to use since Season 1.

All registration fees will also be recognized as an individual donation to Elite Edition Inc. on our website.

Requirements: All selected models are encouraged to have at least three supporters attend the event to cheer them on and experience the impact behind the production. This is not about “selling tickets”, it is about helping us build a community-filled atmosphere centered around purpose, tribute, and support.

At Elite Edition Inc., our mission touches everyone in some way, whether through military service, first responders, family sacrifice, or community impact. Our goal is to welcome over 500 attendees, and just like every notable organization, growth happens through community support.

As a participating model, you become part of the first line in helping others see that this experience is bigger than the runway. It is an opportunity to bring people into a space where they will leave inspired, impacted, and connected to something meaningful.

If Not Selected: Please understand that model selections are made fairly and professionally across the board and are not based on friendships, relationships, or familiarity. As we prepare for our biggest production to date, every decision is made with the overall vision, professionalism, and success of the event in mind.

If you are not selected, we highly encourage you not to take it personally and to consider joining our volunteer team instead. It takes a strong community effort to execute an event of this scale, and we need all hands possible to help create a smooth, seamless, and impactful experience for our guests, especially the families of the fallen heroes we are honoring.

Every role matters, and every person involved contributes to the success and impact of this production.

Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: Nov 6th

Show Date: Nov 7th

Military Event, Drill Sergeant Expectations: You will be required to make fitting dates in addition to the mandatory rehearsal. If you don't make fittings and you are selected, you wont be able to walk for that designer unless discussed with the designer ahead of time. If you can't make the mandatory date, you won't be in the show, so please be honest if this audition is right for you! We are providing information well in advance and all we ask is you treat this organization you would any other.

Please ensure you are fully prepared and committed before accepting your position in this production. Rehearsal attendance and punctuality is expected at all times.

We strongly encourage all participants to begin coordinating schedules, babysitters, work requests, transportation, hotel accommodations, nail appointments, and any other personal arrangements as early as possible. Proper planning now helps avoid last-minute conflicts, stress, or preventable issues closer to the event date.

As we prepare for our biggest production to date, professionalism, accountability, and preparation from every participant will be essential to creating a smooth and successful experience for our guests, VIP attendees, and the families of the heroes we are honoring.

NO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED BACKSTAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE BE HONEST IF THIS AUDITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU. And not even to help you bring items in because we will ensure models only bring what the designer requests. Nothing extra

EXCEPTION: If you have to take a plane you are EXEMPT FROM ALL REHEARSALS  but required to be there Nov 6th. Must coordinate with designer if selected to conduct virtual fittings if applicable. If this doesn't happen, you won't be in the show!

The main communication platform that will be used is "Discord". We won't move forward without it.

PROFESSIONALISM:

This is a professional environment. Please make the proper arrangements for childcare. No kids not a part of the show is allowed at rehearsals or behind the stage day of show. If this will be an inconvenience, please don't audition for this will be a strict policy that will be upheld.

AUDITION DRESS CODE:

Come hair and make up ready. Dress fashionably because your look will be a part of the deciding factor even if you can walk. You're a model and should come in looking as a model

- All black form fitting. No crop tops
